Normal business hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday and 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM ET on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays; however, we can be reached for funeral work on Sundays. Please call Doris Muncy at 276-620-7061 for funeral tributes for a Sunday delivery.
To help assure availability of product during busy holiday seasons, we ask that orders be placed in advance of the following major holidays: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. More advance notice for deliveries allows time for ordering in floral needs and scheduling deliveries.
We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We deliver Monday through Saturday. A delivery fee of $5.00 for each delivery within Wytheville town limits will apply. Please contact us for delivery fees on orders outside town limits.
Orders must be received before 12:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders received after 12:00 PM may be delivered on our next business day.
We can not guarantee deliveries for specific times; however, we will do our best to accommodate requests.
We are unable to process international orders over the Internet; however, please contact us directly in these circumstances.
We ask that we be notified directly within 24 hours of any discrepancies or complaints.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
